The new chemistry has to come - Caring. Just to care. Why ? Because there is no other way a person can mature. The whole process of maturing implies transformation from being a consumer to contributor, even while continuing to be a consumer.The one who contributes more than what he consumes is a grown up person.Otherwise the person is still a child. Therefore one has got to discover oneself as a contributor. This inner transformation has to take place for one to become a mature person. This is quality.
