I used to marvel at the sneak ways in which people (in India) encroach on public properties like roads during house construction and even permanently.
The owner is permanently encroaching one fourth the width of the 6 th Main Road in Malleswaram.
This is a photo of temporary blocking - half the width of 3 rd Cross in Maruti Extension, Bangalore
Same owner now has completely blocked the 3 rd Cross!!
Quality is not to encroach or even temporarily block/use others' properties especially Public places.
