One of the organisations I have worked for used to pay the salary of employees by crediting the amount directly to the employees' bank account.I had noticed two things.
1. There is delay in getting the credit as a routine.
2. Invariably no details are furnished either thro mail or by a salary slip.
What is more, when asked for the details, information is never furnished immediately but only after 2 to 3 reminders.
This is a MNC organisation priding itself of its USD 250 million revenues, 100 years of existence and operations in 60 countries !!
Contrast this with The GEC of India Ltd., another MNC I had worked with, who used to credit the salary by 25 th of every month.
